For fit, quote by internal size (usable cavity). We’ll translate to external size after accounting for board caliper, wraps, and construction.
How do you set clearances and headspace?
We size internal clearance to your insert and jewelry profile, then set lid headspace (or sleeve travel) to prevent contact while limiting rattle.
Can you match an existing box exactly?
Yes—send a physical sample or verified measurements. We’ll build the dieline around your target and prototype to confirm the match.
What if I’m between sizes?
