What’s the difference between velvet and flocked?
Velvet has a denser, plush hand and richer depth; flocked is a fine, uniform fiber surface with crisp edges around holes/slits. Both are gentle on finishes.
Do the pads come with holes or slits?
Yes. We die-cut twin holes for studs, slits for hooks/drops, and ring slots. Necklace pads can include notches and a chain channel.
Are pads removable or adhesive-backed?
Both options. Choose PSA-backed (adhesive) for permanent fit or a loose pad with a ribbon pull for easy swap-outs.
Can you match pad color to my brand?
We stock black, ivory, white, and gray. Custom colors may be possible for higher volumes—share a target swatch or Pantone for review.
What thickness should I pick?
~2–3 mm suits low-profile studs/rings; ~4–6 mm adds relief for hoops, drops, or shaped cavities. We’ll prototype to confirm fit.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Typical MOQs are 100–500 units. Standard production is 10–14 business days after approval; rush options available on request.
