We spec telescoping tolerances for a smooth lift-off that won’t wobble. If you’re adding tissue or fabric wraps, we’ll adjust depth and clearance accordingly.
Which inserts work best for fragile items?
EVA or PE foam provides the best shock protection and can be velvet-laminated. Paperboard and molded-pulp trays are lighter and more eco-forward for retail sets.
