Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, graphics, icons, and logos—is the exclusive property of Seven Packaging. We retain the right to display sample images under any product listing. Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or use of our content is strictly prohibited without our written permission. Legal action will be taken against any infringement of our intellectual property rights.


User-Submitted Content

Users are responsible for the materials they share on or through our website, including text, images, and logos. If you use third-party content without proper authorization, Seven Packaging is not liable for any resulting consequences. We strictly prohibit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content and reserve the right to remove any such material without notice.

We are not accountable for illegal, unethical, or offensive content submitted by users. We will remove content that violates our standards or harms our reputation or the privacy of our clients.

To ensure a smooth experience, users should provide accurate personal details such as name, address, email, and payment information. Fraudulent or misleading profiles will not be served.

By placing an order, you authorize us to design, print, and ship as per your instructions. Only individuals of legal age are allowed to place orders.

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access or changes made to your orders if someone else uses your account details.

Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and improve our services. We do not share your personal data with advertising or marketing agencies.


Limitation of Liability

Seven Packaging is not responsible for any damages, losses, or illegal acts arising from user activity. We are also not liable for third-party actions involving our products or services.


Refunds & Returns

We strive to ensure product quality, but if you receive a defective item, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If the error is on our end, we will reprint the order—refunds will not be issued for minor or client-induced defects.

To process your claim, include clear photos of the defective items. Claims must be made within 7 business days. Rush orders are non-refundable and not eligible for return.


Design Services

Design-related fees are non-refundable. Once a design is approved, no changes can be made. Please ensure you’re satisfied with your selection before giving final approval.


Payment & Order Process

All prices are listed in USD and payments must be made in USD. We begin production only after full payment (including taxes and shipping) has been received.

Customers must approve their final artwork (proof) before we proceed with printing. Once approved, no changes to the file or order specifications can be made.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Within 6 hours of proof submission: Full refund

  • Within 24 hours: 50% refund

  • After 24 hours: No cancellations authorized


File Submission

For optimal printing results, files should be uploaded in CMYK format with a resolution of 300 DPI. Files not meeting these specifications may lead to unsatisfactory results, for which we will not be held responsible.


Customer Support

We regularly communicate with clients via email and phone to provide updates and resolve order-related issues. Make sure your files are legally compliant, especially logos and images. Seven Packaging reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates our ethical or legal standards.


Design Approval & Color Accuracy

Printing will only begin after we receive your approved design file. Delayed submissions may lead to production delays. Approval can be sent via email or post.

Please review your design carefully before submission. We are not liable for content errors or design flaws in approved files. Due to digital display differences and effects like UV coating or lamination, slight color variations may occur.

We do not guarantee 100% color accuracy. However, for an additional fee, we can match colors based on a client-approved hard copy.


Printing Errors

We are not liable for typographical errors, graphic issues, or minor over/underproduction. In case of under-delivery due to our mistake, you will only be charged for the quantity delivered. Extra units, if printed, will be provided at no cost.


Production Time & Shipping

Production time starts after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Orders approved before 10 AM are processed the same day. Turnaround time is selected during checkout.

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays due to technical issues, weather conditions, or courier services. However, we will refund your shipping charges if a delay is caused by our freight partner.

Customers are responsible for customs clearance fees on international orders.

We typically ship within 6–8 business days, regardless of order size. Multiple delivery locations will incur extra charges. We are not responsible for damages during transit. Claims must be filed within 6 days of shipment.

If an incorrect address is provided, you will be charged for reshipment.
