Why Honeycomb?

  • Strength to weight: exceptional compression and flat-crush performance at a fraction of the mass of solid board.
  • Protects in transit: ideal for pallet pads, void fill, edge and corner protection, and top caps on mixed pallets.
  • Sustainable: paper-based, high recycled content options; curbside recyclable in most programs.

FAQs

Honeycomb vs. corrugated: when should I use it?

Choose honeycomb when you need high compression at low weight—layer pads, top caps, posts, crate walls, or large flat panels. Corrugated excels for cartons and formed boxes.

How do you specify strength?

We match thickness, cell size, and paper weights to your load, stacked height, and route conditions. Share pallet pattern and target load per layer for a right-sized spec.

Is it recyclable?

Yes—paper-based constructions are typically curbside recyclable. Remove non-paper tapes or films if used. Moisture-resistant coats are water-based options.
