FAQ
Do DTC brands need secondary packaging?
Only when it adds value, such as bundling, stocking speed, retail display, or a cleaner unboxing flow. Otherwise, invest first in the mailer, insert, and shipping protection.
What board grade should my master cartons use?
Match ECT/BF to product weight, stack height, route, and handling method. Start around 32 ECT for lighter goods, then move higher for dense products or tall stacks.
How do I avoid pallet rejections?
Avoid overhang, keep labels scanner-friendly, use the right stack pattern, and add corner posts or stretch-wrap control where needed.
